I was very excited about receiving this book but, upon reading, was left disappointed. I found it to be harsh. I took only a couple of suggestions from it because the harshness ended up causing ne to disconnect from it. Also, I found it to be very male oriented. As a woman, much of the content didn't seem to fit. One may try to argue that there's a male lion on the cover, which there is, but, truthfully, female lions can grow manes too. One last comment the book is repetitive. it repeats the same motivational quotes randomly throughout the pages as well as the interpretations by the authors of those quotes.
